Reduced deposit, more time to pay
In addition, Swan Hellenic’s US customers can pay a reduced 15% deposit with final payment not due until 60 days prior to departure.
An extended and simplified no-quibble cancellation policy allows customers who can’t travel due to COVID-19 to cancel up to 30 days before departure and receive a future cruise voucher valid for two years. If the company itself can’t fulfill any cruise, customers can opt for a full refund or a 110% future cruise voucher valid for two years.
Swan Hellenic’s 152-passenger SH Minerva is scheduled to enter service in November, followed by sister vessel SH Vega in April 2022 while a third, slightly larger ship (192 passengers) is scheduled by year-end 2022.
