Two-streamed conference sessions
The crafted package running from 11:00am to 2:30pm on Thursday 30th March, includes tailor made conference sessions following two streams: one focussing on identifying, discussing, and overcoming some of the cruise industry’s pain points pertaining to recruitment, staff shortage, crew welfare, training and the other focussed at providing insights for tutors and students to formulate a better understanding of the career options in cruise.
Attendees can expect sessions regarding what a future in cruise could look like, ranging from on board career options in hospitality to technical careers in deck and engine, as well as shore-side.
