Passengers are booking winter 2022/23 and summer 2023 voyages.
Higher than average historical occupancy
Ships show higher than average historical occupancy levels for both seasons and MSC Cruises registered strong bookings for all programs, including for newly delivered MSC World Europa, the soon to be come MSC Seascape and for MSC Euribia, scheduled to enter service mid next year.
‘October has been the strongest month for bookings in the entire history of our brand,’ MSC Cruises CEO Gianni Onorato said, adding this reflects the continued strong investments made in the fleet. MSC has added five new vessels in the last three years alone.
Further factors driving demand
Onorato also cited a ‘continuously improving’ onboard experience, global itineraries and the ‘excellent value for money all-inclusive holiday proposition cruises represent at all times but especially at this juncture.’
He added MSC Cruises is seeing ‘strong demand with an extended horizon in the medium to longer term.’
