A drone ballet and more
On Saturday night, MSC Cruises’ MSC Magnifica and AIDAprima ‘danced’ a ‘pas de deux’ against a blue backdrop in the harbour. The staging was accompanied by music, a light show and a drone ballet.
‘We are delighted to be part of this impressive light show with AIDAprima,’ said Hansjörg Kunze, VP communication & sustainability, AIDA Cruises. ‘Not only the sky above the Elbe was made to shine, but also many faces of the people of Hamburg and visitors, who have long been yearning for such an event…’
The first Hamburg Cruise Days took place in 2008. It has since developed into Germany’s most important public event connected with cruising. Hafengeburtstag – the annual public festival marking the Port of Hamburg’s anniversary – takes place next month.
